Actually, this is the Yodo Line’s final stop

Although this is the official end of the Yodo Line, all Yodo Line trains keep going to Uwajima on the Yosan Line. On the north side of the station, there is a point where a railroad switch has been installed and both lines can cross. For the Yodo Line, a 30 per mille slope is waiting on the way to Muden Station. This station has an important function as a place where you can change trains or transfer to the Yosan Line on the island platform.
